Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen events, or force majeure circumstances.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Zay the Loungewear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns may be initiated within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original packaging and tags intact. Products bought on sale or customized items are not eligible for return.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days to the original mode of payment. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy or show signs of misuse.
Cancellation Policy
